  5. Cuando la verdura esté pochada (10-15’ a fuego bajo y removiendo aproximadamente) retirar y dejar en un bol apartado. Echar un poco de aceite para freír las bolitas.
  6. Por último, echar la verdura en una olla con la cerveza y el agua. Esperar a que hierva, subir un poco el fuego y echar también la harina de espelta (disuelta en un poquito de agua). Ir removiendo, dejar fuego medio y dejar que reduzca durante 10 minutos aproximadamente. 10-15’ y añadir las bolitas. Bajar el fuego al mínimo y esperar durante 20-30 minutos.
