- Colocamos en una olla 5 huevos y los dejamos cocinar por 30 minutos, hasta que queden duros.


- Lavamos los zapallos italianos y los colocamos a cocinar por 30 minutos, hasta que estén blandos.


- Ocupamos la mitad de una bandeja de carne molida pequeña y la colocamos en un bowl.


- Tenemos todos nuestros aliños a mano para comenzar a preparar el pino para el relleno.



- En una olla colocamos la carne molida junto con los aliños y comenzamos a dorarla.


- Le añadimos todos nuestros aliños y revolvemos bien, para que todos los ingredientes se mezclen.
Cocinamos a gas suave, para evitar se queme la carne.

- Comenzamos a colocar rodajas de huevo duro encima del pino.


- Terminamos colocando láminas de queso encima de nuestro relleno y llevamos a horno previamente precalentado por 25 a 30 minutos a 150 grados.

- Una vez nuestro queso esté derretido y dorado, apagamos y estamos listos para servir.
