- Colocar en sartén u olla con un poco de aceite. Dejar cocinando varios minutos al mínimo de todos los lados.
- Luego agregar la cebolla y dejar rehogar hasta que traparente
- Luego colocar el tomate, ahí picado y el vino. Condimentar a gusto (sal, pimienta, laurel)
- Dejar cocinando en fuego mínimo por 45 minutos o más. En mi caso coloque arroz a los 20 minutos de cocción y dejé que se cocine con la salsa unos 30 minutos. (El arroz queda al frente, si te gusta blando tenés que hervirlo aparte y agregar unos 10 a 15 minutos antes a la salsa de retirar del fuego.
