  3. Con un tenedor ir mezclando todo, aplastando y removiendo. Hasta que la mezcla se parezca a una masa.
  4. Una vez bien incorporados los ingredientes agregar el pan rallado y un chorro de leche. Mezclar e incorporar bien. La “masa” tiene que quedar elástica.
  5. Luego sobre una tabla de cortar se extiende plástico film, untarse las manos con aceite y coger un poco de la mezcla para después ir aplastándola y dándole forma de hamburguesa y ponerla sobre la tabla. Repetir el proceso hasta que se acabe la mezcla.
  6. Refrigerar por al menos 1/2 hora, o al congelador por 15 min. Tendrá mejor consistencia si se refrigera 1 hora.
  7. Tostar con un poco de aceite y listo! Espero les guste! Yo lo acompañé con arroz y ensalada. Tu puedes hacer el acompañamiento que desees.
