- Luego una vez que ya esté casi terminada la verdura le añadimos la carne con otro poquito de sal depende si te gusta la comida más salada o menos al gusto.



- Una vez que termines el relleno te vas a la masa y la amasamos un poco y la ponemos en forma de pan y la vamos cortando más o menos de grosor unos 2 dedos y medio.



- Luego las estiramos


- Y luego ponemos el relleno entremedio de la masa y la cerramos yo la cierro con el dedo vamos la sello con el dedo jaja


- El horno lo dejamos precalentar unos 20 min antes y lo ponemos por arriba y abajo a unos 150 grados y las dejamos hacer unos 15-20 min y las echamos una yema batida por encima para pintarlas. Y listo yo lo hacía a ojo cuando veía que estaban bien doradas las sacaba y no fallé jaja. Buen apetito
