  2. 400 gr carne picada
  3. 1/4 de cebolla
  4. 1/2 diente ajo grande
  5. 1 huevo
  6. 2 cucharadas harina de maíz

  8. al gusto Sal y Pimienta
  9. Para la Salsa
  10. 300 ml caldo de carne
  11. 1/2 lata tomate triturado
  12. 1/4 cebolla
  13. 1/2 diente ajo grande
  14. 2 hojas laurel
  15. Pizca orégano
  16. al gusto Sal y Pimienta

  1. Preparar los ingredientes
  2. En un bol poner el huevo, la carne, cebolla, harina de maíz, ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezclar todo hasta obtener una masa homogénea. (Se hace con pan rallado pero no tenía y con la harina de maíz ha quedado muy bien)
  3. Hacer bolitas del tamaño deseado y poner a freír a fuego medio en una olla.
  4. Cuando estén doradas las albóndigas, incluir el caldo de carne, tomate triturado, cebolla, ajo, hojas de laurel, orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.
  5. Dejar a fuego medio hasta que la salsa reduzca al espesor deseado (a mí me ha quedado muy seca, pero no ha estado mal)
