Y con lo que resta hacer la salsa que en realidad agregariamos el puré de tomate y unas hojas de laurel una vez que empiece la ebullición.
- Empezamos con los canelones de la siguiente manera. Con la masa estirada en la mesada, le agregamos el relleno y hacemos los canelones enrollandolos. Hasta concluir con todos.
- Precalentar el horno a fuego moderado (entre el mínimo y el máximo) Terminado ese proceso. En una bandeja alta colocamos los canelones y le damos un golpe de calor.
- Ahora le agregamos la salsa por encima de los canelones y pueden agregarle queso por encima de la misma. En este caso use mantecoso para darle un poco más de criterio al plato.
