  1. En un bol ponemos la carne picada, le agregamos una cucharada de orégano y otra de adobo, sal y pimienta negra a gusto, cortamos la cebolla de verdeo a lo largo y la picamos bien chiquita. La añadimos a la carne y mezclamos.
  2. Añadimos la cucharada de mostaza y ahora comenzamos a amasar como si se tratara de una masa. Es para que la carne se pegue bien a la hora de formar las bolitas y no se desarmen. Cuando noten que la carne queda como chiclosa ya está. Y así no hay que hacer agregados de miga de pan, harina o pan rallado. Formamos las bolitas de tamaño a gusto y quedan perfectas. Reservamos.
  3. En la olla con aceite caliente ponemos el morrón picadito y lo salteamos bien, añadimos las zanahorias ralladas, dejamos unos minutos y agregamos el agua, la salsa de tomate, la otra cucharada de orégano y adobo, sal a gusto, mezclamos y dejamos hasta que levante hervor.
  4. Cuando comienza a hervir ponemos las papas en cubos pequeños y con cuidado agregamos de a una las albóndigas y las acomodamos bien. Añadimos pimienta negra, la pizca de curry picante y la cúrcuma. Apenas removemos y dejamos cocinar tapado a fuego medio.
  5. Vamos removiendo cada tanto. A medida que se van cocinando las albóndigas comienzan a subir.
  6. Cuando las papas están cocidas ya está todo pronto. Apagamos el fuego y añadimos el perejil picado. Mezclamos y dejamos reposar un rato antes de servir.
  7. Se puede acompañar con arroz blanco. Quedaron muy sabrosas.
