Armado de los Rollos: Si es un solo rollo (con las cantidades calculadas para cada uno), estirar la masa en forma hasta un espesor de 3mm, esparcir el relleno sobre la masa estirada y hacer un rollo comenzando desde uno de los extremos más largos, poner el rollo sobre el lienzo limpio y envolver, atar de un extremo con hilo y enrollar con el mismo sin presionar demasiado hasta llegar al otro extremo atar también y unir las puntas atando nuevamente las dos puntas del trapo (formando un círculo)
  4. Cocción de los Rollos:
    En una olla grande tener abundante agua hirviendo, y poner a cocinar durante 20 min. el o los rollos. Al retirar, esperar que enfríe un poco, desatar el lienzo, y cortar en bocados de 2 cm de ancho, emplatar y bañar con la salsa boloñesa. Si les gusta también se los puede hacer a la crema, o salsa mixta.
