  6. Añadir el tomate frito y mezclar bien, dejarlo a fuego medio hasta que se evapore el caldo que se hace.
  7. En una fuente de horno un poco alta, poner una capa de puré de patata y apretarla para que quede compacta
  8. Pon otra capa de carne picada y estirar bien.
  9. Poner la última capa de puré de patata, que quede bien cubierto y poner el queso rallado por encima.
  10. Meter al horno con el grill encendido hasta que se gratine el queso, en mi horno unos 10 minutos.
  11. A mí me gusta comerlo templado, me parece que tiene más sabor!!
