    1. El paso más importante es realizar todo por partes iguales tanto de mantequilla como de harina. En una olla mezclar la harina con la mantequilla hasta obtener homogeneidad. Adicionar poco a poco la leche y no dejar de mezclar, hervir por unos 8-10 min hasta obtener salsa
  3. ELABORACIÓN DE LASAÑA:

    1. Precalentar el horno a 180 grados por 5 minutos
    2. En una refractaria poner una capa de salsa bechamel, luego la pasta de lasaña, el relleno de carne y finalmente una capa de queso mozzarella, repetir pasos hasta obtener las capas deseadas
