- A continuación extendemos un trapo de cocina grande en la encimera y humedecemos para extender el puré de patata con la ayuda de una espátula o lengua de silicona.
- Cuando tengamos el puré bien extendido añadimos el relleno. Hay que tener cuidado de no sobrecargarlo, de otra forma al enrollar el trapo el puré se romperá y se saldrá la carne.
