  5. Cocción del arroz y armado del plato: En una olla colocar el agua con el caldo mezclar. Agregar el arroz y llevar a cocinar a fuego suave, hasta que el arroz este cocido (18- 20 minutos).
  6. Servir primero el arroz y por arriba las albóndigas con la salsa.
