- Una vez este la salsa triturada, lo volvemos a llevar a la pota, para que coja todos los sabores, si queréis le podéis echar una cucharada sopera de azúcar para darle otro sabor, e incluso si queréis evitar el azúcar, porque no podáis tomar azúcar. Yo evite él azúcar y le eche un poquito de pimentón picante.
- Una vez listo la salsa, y las bolas de albóndigas, ya están listas para freírlas.
- En una sartén ponemos abundante aceite, y lo dejamos calentar. Cuando esté caliente el aceite vamos echando las albóndigas para que se frían.
- Ya fritas las albóndigas las vamos pasando a la salsa que ta está lista.
