- Saltear cebolla y morrones (rojo y verde) ajo, agregar la carne picada hasta que se haya dorado y salpimentamos. Agregamos puré de tomate con 1 zanahoria rallada. Y un caldo de carne o verdura. Dejar cocinando media hora más siempre hidratando en caso que sea necesario.
- SALSA BLANCA:
- Mezclamos los 50 gr. De manteca con las dos cucharadas de harina común, y una de maicena, agregar nuez moscada, sal y pimienta blanca. Siempre con batidor sobre el fuego bajo. Ir agregando el 1/2 litro de leche paulatinamente para que se integre todo y no haya grumos, siempre batiendo.
- Poner en una fuente el jugo de la salsa caliente, agregar los canelones, luego salsa nuevamente con carne picada, y salsa blanca. Llevar al horno y listo, a comer.
