- 1 cebolla

- 2 cucharones de caldo de verduras
- a gusto la sal y pimienta o condimentos que deseen. Yo agregue pimentón

- Colocar la carne picada en un bowl.

- En un plato o bowl poner las rodajas de pan y remojarlos con leche. Exprimirlos e incorporar al bowl con la carne picada.

- Agregar al bowl el perejil, el queso, los huevos, la sal, la pimienta, la nuez moscada.

- En una sartén, dorar la cebolla con las 3 cucharadas de aceite.
- Incorporar la cebolla al resto de la preparación y mezclar todo. Reservar.


- Comenzamos con la salsa. En una cacerola, dorar la cebolla picada con la 1/2 taza de aceite.

- Agregar los tomates, el caldo, condimentar y dejar hervir durante 3 a 4 minutos.


- Hacer mientras, las albóndigas poniendo en una taza, 1/2 cucharada de harina. Agregarle 1 cucharada de la preparación y colocando la mano encima tapar la taza. Sacudirla formando así la albóndiga.



- Hacer las albóndigas una por una, poniendo cada vez en la taza un poquito de harina.

- Dorar las albóndigas un poquito en una sartén e incorporarlas a la cacerola con la salsa.


- Tapar la cacerola y dejar hervir despacio hasta que estén cocidas y la salsa espesa.
