- A continuación le añadimos las verduras que teníamos reservadas y la taza de guisantes, le vamos dando vueltas para que no se nos pegue y pasados unos 2 o 3 minutos añadimos el 1/2 vaso de vino y dejamos que se evapore. Cuando ésto suceda le añadimos el agua con la pastilla de caldo y si hemos optado por el brik es el momento, dejamos que hierva y rectificamos de sal si hace falta.
- Escurrimos lo garbanzos cocidos y los pasamos por agua para quitarles bien el líquido en el que están conservados y los añadimos a la cazuela, lo dejamos cocer todo bien hasta que tengamos las patatas hechas.
